About Us/Want to Advertise Gradplace Gradplace was initially created to help students make the transition from home to life at university or college. A place where they could find out who else would be starting, discuss concerns, find accommodation...and hopefully make a few friends before arriving for Freshers Week. However, we found that after the initial Fresher period...students still wanted to keep in touch with each other through Gradplace... so we now allow any student currently studying at a UK University or College to participate. Student Unions In addition to the main Gradplace website at www.gradplace.co.uk we also supply Student Unions with local versions; these cover their own student population and can even be made to look like part of the University or College's own website. These sites are created, hosted and managed by us...completely free of charge. You can even generate revenue if you wish to allow sponsorship of your local interface.
